Kim began her career as a classroom teacher and advanced into educational leadership after recognizing the importance of having a broader voice in advocating for students. Throughout her career, she has developed exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
Kim understands that people do not always know how to articulate exactly what they need. Her ability to listen attentively, ask the right questions, and provide customized support allows her to understand her clients' priorities and help them make informed decisions.

Before joining Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, Kim was a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. She also works in the mortuary field with several funeral homes throughout Central and South Florida. Her compassionate nature allowed her to provide families with understanding, dignity, and support during difficult times.
That same compassion carries into her real estate career. Kim recognizes that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and challenging. She is committed to being a supportive, responsive, and dependable advocate for her clients from the initial consultation through closing.
A Commitment to Excellence
Kim believes that professional growth never stops. Throughout her career, she has served as a workshop facilitator and seminar presenter, experiences that have strengthened her ability to educate, communicate, and empower others to make informed decisions.
She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Mortuary Science from Miami Dade State College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in English Education from Florida Memorial University, and a Master of Science Degree in English Education and Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and an honorary Doctor of Christian Education from the School of Commission Theological Seminary.
Kim is also actively involved in her community through her church, Beulah Baptist Institutional Church, Tampa’s oldest African American Baptist Church and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the oldest African-American Greek letter Sorority, where service, leadership, and the well-being of others remain important parts of her life.
